Commonwealth of Massachusetts Awards Foreign Language Services Contract to Interpreters Unlimited
SAN DIEGO, June 28, 2016–IU Group, a national language services and transportation company announced today that it was awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Operational Services Division to provide a comprehensive suite of language translation services. The contract, “PRF63 Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services Statewide Contract” is to replace the previous contract which expires at the end of this month. The new contract is to go into effect July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 with an option to renew.
Interpreters Unlimited Selected for Medical Interpretation and Translation Services Contract in San Mateo County, California
SAN DIEGO, June 21, 2016–In an effort to streamline efficiency and advocate patient health, the County of San Mateo Health Systems of California sought out companies for an on-site interpretation and medical document translation initiative. The County selected Interpreters Unlimited, a San Diego-based language services company, for the contract which goes into effect July 1 through June 30, 2017.
Gwinnett County Public Schools Selects Interpreters Unlimited For Sign Language Interpreters and Speech Pathologist Contract

Interpreters Unlimited to Provide Interpreters at NorCal DMV Locations
SAN DIEGO, May 24, 2016–The California Department of Motor Vehicles announced its selection for contract in-person language interpretation services in northern California. Interpreters Unlimited, a language company headquartered in San Diego, was selected to provide contracted interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL) and approximately 64 spoken languages in 28 cities in the northern region of the state. The contract will be in effect June 1 through May 31, 2017.
Interpreters Unlimited to Provide ASL Services to California Department of Corrections
SAN DIEGO, Mar. 24, 2016–The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation awarded San Diego-based Interpreters Unlimited with a contract for sign language interpreting services at juvenile institutions, parole offices, sex offender treatment clinics, police departments, state prisons and psychiatric units, county jails, parole outpatient clinics and inpatient psychiatric clinics. The contract goes into effect April 1, 2016 and is to remain in effect through December 31, 2016. The terms of the contract are for interpreting services for spoken English to American Sign Language (ASL) and ASL to spoken English for the CDCR Division of Adult Parole Operations.
Jackson Health System Selects Accessible Communication for the Deaf for State Contract
Accessible Communication for the Deaf (ACD), an IU Group company in Florida was awarded with a contract from the Jackson Health System for on-site sign language interpreter services. The contract requires the provider to service JHS with qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for spoken English to ASL and ASL to spoken English interpretation appointments for: emergency, trauma and other medical appointments.
