Washington D.C. Public Charter School Brings 6 Foreign Languages to Campus
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 1, 2016–Interpreters Unlimited announced today it was awarded a one-year contract to become the single vendor for E.L. Haynes Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., providing interpretation and translation services to its 1,200 students and 220 staff members. The contract is in effect from August 1 through July 31, 2017 to maintain and improve communication in six foreign languages: Spanish, Amharic, Chinese, French, Korean and American Sign Language (ASL).
Interpreters Unlimited Wins Interpretation Contract from University of Miami
SAN DIEGO, July 18, 2016–The University of Miami recently selected Interpreters Unlimited, a full-service language services company to supply interpreting and translation services to the University of Miami’s students, faculty, employees, staff, volunteers, trustees and officers. The three-year contract went into effect July 11, for Interpreters Unlimited to do business as its Florida sister company, Accessible Communication for the Deaf (ACD). The contract win is expected to enhance the company’s already growing presence in south Florida.

Interpreters Unlimited Selected to Work with California Department of Industrial Relations to Improve Communication
SAN DIEGO, June 22, 2016–In an effort to streamline efficiency, the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) sought out companies for a document translation initiative. The Department selected Interpreters Unlimited, a San Diego-based foreign language services and transportation company, for a translating services contract which goes into effect July 1 through June 30, 2018.

SAN DIEGO, June 28, 2016–In an effort to improve communications that determine patient well-being, the County of Sacramento, California is implementing telephone interpreting services for its Health and Human Services department starting July 1. The County awarded Interpreters Unlimited, a San Diego-based interpretation and translation company, with a contract to provide interpreting services through June 30, 2017.
