Chairmen’s RoundTable is a group of highly accomplished executives who devote their time to helping select San Diego companies navigate their business challenges through pro-bono mentoring. Interpreters Unlimited has been involved as IU President and CEO Sayed Ali has been a CRT mentor for more than 12 years.
Faced with strategic ’make-or-break’ decisions, CEOs of more than 400 companies have turned to CRT for pro-bono guidance, learning from former CEOs and business unit leaders of companies such as Interpreters Unlimited, Harley-Davidson, Burger King, SAIC, Northrop Grumman, Seagram, Freedom Communications and SeaWorld.
CRT mentors donate their time and talent to provide strategic advice to San Diego CEOs. The mentors meet defined experience criteria as Presidents, CEOs and Board of Directors members of corporations or privately owned companies in a wide range of industries, locally, nationally, and globally. Thus, their backgrounds are a good match with the companies applying to be advised. They sign an agreement to offer their pro bono services following highly ethical guidelines and commit to attending the CRT monthly meetings.
