National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference 2019. Las Vegas, NV.

The National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference brings in vendors and professionals from a variety of different industries nationwide, from Insurance to Medical to Legal to Language Services, to share the latest solutions regarding compensation, risk management and disability programs. What we and the Albors & Alnet branch of IU (Florida) does with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, on-site, video and telephone interpretation, simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, and document translation are a big part of the Workers’ Comp. industry.  A highlight from 2019’s conference in Las Vegas, Nevada was a speaking session by Carol Valentic, senior director of service delivery at Conduent solutions, who shared some of her wisdom on how to continuously improve efficiency in injury claims management.
